Ensure that as much water as possible is drained from the hot tub before our team arrives—this will make the removal process quicker.

Electrical Safety

We highly recommend having a licensed electrician disconnect the hot tub’s power supply before we arrive. If you haven’t arranged for this yet, please make sure to turn off the breaker supplying power to the hot tub. Although our crew will handle the removal, it’s important to avoid leaving exposed electrical lines.

Presence During Removal

You don’t need to be present for the removal as long as we can access the hot tub, so there’s no need to take time off work! We’ll notify you when the job is complete, handle payment over the phone, and provide photos and a receipt of the area where the hot tub was removed for your records.
